Prenatal Yoga
Calm, space, and trust throughout your pregnancy
Being pregnant is one of the most special, yet also most intense periods in a woman’s life. Your body changes, your hormones do their work, and emotionally, a lot often happens. Prenatal yoga offers you a moment to pause, connect with your body and your baby, and mindfully prepare for birth.
Prenatal yoga is not about performance, flexibility, or a ‘perfect pose.’ It’s about slowing down, relaxing, and connecting exactly what you and your baby need during this phase.

Why prenatal yoga?
Prenatal yoga supports you on multiple levels physical, mental, and emotional. The exercises help you to:
-
Relieve back and pelvic discomfort,
-
Use your breath consciously and effectively also during birth,
-
Feel more connected to your body and your baby,
-
Build confidence in yourself and the natural process of birth.
It is also a moment of calm, focus, and relaxation just for you. And you are not alone: in the class, you meet other women going through the same phase.

The benefits of prenatal yoga
Prenatal yoga can support you in various ways during this special time:
-
Relieves tension, back, and pelvic discomfort
-

-
Enhances the bond with your baby
-
Provides calm and relaxation, also in daily life
You’ll learn techniques that help you manage discomfort and tension, both during pregnancy and childbirth.
